I’m not taking any loan from capfloat but its showing in my cibil and also outstanding amount showing in 0 only meanwhile its not closing its active status

I didn’t avail loan in kvb, idfc first Bank, capfloat, but it stated in my cibil report and edu loan in SBI seems with mismatched details of sanctioned amount. How to check who is availing loans in my name and how to clear this?
I have the same issue with my CIBIL so i enquired about the same with Karur Vysya bank and they told me that KVB & CapFloat are the lending partners of Amazon Pay later services so if you have created an account or tried availing the amazon pay later service it will show it in your CIBIL.
To clear this you need to talk to CapFloat or raise them a ticket regarding the issue of NOC for removal of their name from your CIBIL and after they share the NOC it need to be shared to KVB for the same and after the process it will take around a month to get the names removed from your CIBIL history.
