Text of Complaint by Shifa:

I ordered a product from ajio.When the product got delivered,i placed an exchange request for the product as the fitting was not correct.But ,immediately i changed my mind and contacted the customer care service to cancel the exchange request ad i no longer wanted the product and wanted to return the product that was delivered.The customer care agent told me that she had cancelled the exchange request.Then,i created a return request for the product that was delivered on the app and the item got picked up the very next day(03-12-2022).Then after 2 days,the exchange was showing out for delivery(The customer care agent had told me that she had cancelled the exchange request,it’s clear that the fault is on her side).I contacted the customer care service again and i was advised to refuse the exchange delivery.I did the same when the courier partner contacted me.I also shared the cancellation code with the courier partner.But it’s still showing as out for delivery on the app.Also,I haven’t got my refund.I contacted the customer care service several times in every possible way-used self care section on the app,emailed them and called them several times.Every time i contacted them,they asked me 2 more business days.The resolution date has also passed.The faulty is clearly on the side of the customer care service and I’m not getting my refund
