Text of Complaint by Pratyusha:

As I’m not able to get service I visited airtel store and they changed the Sim. Even after that I’ve no service. Every time I call customer support they say we are raising a request and those requests are being closed after a week or so but my issue is not getting resolved. This really sucks. I don’t know how people are telling Airtel is best with such a worst customer service.
