I’m not able to receive calls or SMS. Visited Airtel store more than 5 times in the past 1 month. 5 months back I ported my idea postpaid number to Airtel prepaid. It was working fine till may 18th, there after it stopped working. There was a reminder to pay the misc amount of Rs 154.6 for which I visited idea store to repay and paid online and cleared. I recharged my airtel number in April for 3 months. Rep from store tried to clear the issue, but ended up in getting new Sim card with same number activation at last. From then I could not get any incoming calls or SMS. My alternate number for reaching me is 8072138702. Kindly help me in getting this issue resolved.
