I can’t use several apps including links on Google. I’m facing this issue from more then 2yrs and now I’ve entered in 3rd year with same problem. All i was promised by every executive of airtel through mail, or on call that there’s a site upgradation , and some of them says u r facing IT issue. I’m still not able to use basic apps from last 2 yrs.

I had visited, called or mailed to every customer care platform but they say same thing from last 2 years and now repeating it in 3rd year. I visited local gallery almost 30 times . I called customer care almost more then 40 times .
