I’m Manoj Mishra using airtel no. since long approx one month ago I had raised complaint (Service Request no. CNWDV3DEL20210729350548) 20 days and they asked me time till 6th August to resolve the issue. Nothing was happend till August 6th and also I was assured by local Nodal officer that issue will be fixed till August 6th. Sunddenly I’ve received confirmation from them that your service requst has been resolved. It was really terrible experience for me that without doing anything any confirmation about the data connectivity and speed how they can resolve the service request. I would like to request you to help me to resolve my complaint.
