Hi, I ordered a product which was wings Phantom Pro from flipkart. I provided them extra money with a payment of 760+100 for extended warranty. Now the product has been damaged, and the company is not reviewing any of the costumers. They are not responding through mails, contact, or tickets. The website is not even available now. They are still selling their products on Amazon, flipkart. But aren’t replying any of the customers for warranty support. They used to reply before but now they aren’t even doing that. Such a shame to bring such type of companies to India where a consumer is not even granted basic warranty rights. I still have the product. Their details and invoice.. Please reply. I’m In total loss rn!
