Text of Complaint by Prajwal Goundi:

I ordered the mivi duopods A25 TWS White from their official website mivi.in on August 11.The product got delivered on 15th Aug.When I unboxed and tried charging,only left earbud was getting charged,later I checked what’s wrong and the right earbud was defect one,without the magnet it was.I wrote to mivi support and they responded 2 days later.After that I demanded for a chat/call with customer care executive,for which they still haven’t responded and I’ve been writing since 15 days to them.
