I applied in quickr for job and Elite rep called me and told me about the form Captcha entry. I was promised Rs. 30, 000 if I completed 1200 forms with 90% accuracy and I agreed to the terms and conditions. I finished my work 2 days before the last date of submission and did my final submission on[protected] which was the last date for submission. After submitting they didn’t contact me even when I tried to message them they didn’t respond. And today[protected] they send me a mail saying that I couldn’t complete my work with accuracy hence I should pay the penalty of Rs 6700. Luckily I have taken the screenshot of every form that I worked on. Later a person claiming to be advocate called me saying that if I didn’t pay the penalty amount they are going to file a case. I told him that I have proof for my work, and told him that I’m moving legally. Later I got a message that a case has been registered at Gujarat court. They are threatening me. When I searched internet I came to know about the scam. Hence I’m submitting this complaint. People doing such forgery should be put behind the bars. Please consider this complaint and help me with the same. I’m giving below the details of the advocate who contacted me. Kindly check if such an advocate exists or not

Hello sir/madam, I’m here to inform you that , company name ELITE SERVICES from Gujarat, called and said like case is registered aginst me and I have to pay 3lakhs as penalty just for quiting job. I sent them cancellation request too but they are saying that I did not apply for cancelling and all.. In their aggrement nothing was mentioned like we have to pay them 11700 for leaving job . But I got a call on 12.00pm(6/11/2020) saying that it’s advocate and u should pay 11700 within 12.15pm(6/11/2020), from 7046979637 this number. And today I got a call from 9638609742 this number and said that, company as started legal process against me and spoke too rough, and sent(Dear,
now i am going to register your case and you will get the legal notice at your near by police station and your home address, reply that notice through your advocate and attend in the court hearing. After your career and future will spoil.

I have there call recordings too. And what rights they have to spoil my future and career.
