Hi my name is Ashiq Hussain i am from Srinagar Kashmir, my brother Gowhar Gulzar have Jio Number 7006248928. Suddenly my sim got stop working showing insert sim in all mobile phone. When i go to nearest Jio store at “Landmark complex ,Karan Nagar Srinagar” they told me to need to get duplicate sim. After formality of form id photo they gave me duplicate sim card (screen shot attached in thie mail). They charged me Rs 50 for this , not even me i found every customer they charged Rs 50 for single sim. And they said it will take 48 hours to activate.
When i reached home i talk to customer care jio 198 from other jio number and they said IT WILL TAKE ONLY 4 HOURS TO ACTIVATE AND ITS FREE.
This is serious matter Jio Store there cheated so many customers for money also they delibrately delay process till 48 hours also staff there behaving so rude. In this matter i am going to lodge an Police FIR regarding this matter but first i want to clerification from Jio whats is true?
