Subject: Payment made for maintenance charges through paytm
Paytm offers list of Apartment names by default, on the search option, while making payment to any of the renowned builders for maintenance charges.
Payment made by me was made through my debit card from “Transcorp International” a.k.a EarlySalary mobile app. However, turns out that the vendor option updated by Paytm in their search option is false.
To navigate this;
– The apartment secretary has confirmed that it has not reached him.
– When I enquired Paytm about sharing bank account number or person that account belonging to on their paytm app, Paytm declined to talk or come to a resolution.
– Considering this, when I enquired my source bank, i.e. Transcorp international, they confirmed that the payment has not gone to any vendor but to PayTM noida.
I want to address this false practice of wrong vendor updates on PayTM maintenance charge payment options and want a refund of the same amount. Details below;

Paytm declining to show the bank account number and my bank sowing that payment has been made to payTM noida and not my apartment Administration, is clear sign off paytm handling fraudulent practice.
