My Complaint is my husband has been expired due to covid as on 10th May and he ‘s using the jio number-7011949947 and i have submitted the documents in jio office for transfer the ownership of number during the process her sister(Priyanka) port this number in Airtel by her name. and i have also lodged an FIR against her. and police department advise us to go to airtel office for closure the number. but your customer executive denied to close this number.
i requested to you please close the number asap as she is using my husband name for her personal use.
