I had taken a loan of Rs 5000 from Eas Loan app from a company called CashMap. I had repayed the Rs 5000 ahead of time yesterday and closed the loan chapter.
Today I suddenly found that Rs 4400 has been credited to my account. Becoming very confused about where the fund came from, I opened the Eas Loan app and found that CashMap has automatically deposited Rs 4400 in my account without my consent against a loan of Rs 8000 cutting Rs 3600 as charges…
This is absolutely preposterous and illegal. I know that they will start harassing me from the recovery day asking for Rs 8000. This is a way of cheating Rs 3600 from me.
Kindly inform me immediately how to contact CashMap so that I can refund their money immediately. I have not asked for this loan and will not pay any charges against this loan. If required I will complain this to the authorities. Pls help me with the process of complaining to the authorities.
Pls take immediate action against this and solve the issue.
I am posting this mail on Google Playstore review too so that there is proof of denial of this loan from my end within an hour of their disbursal.
