Text of Complaint by Zahir Abbas:

I recharge with 379 pack which validity tills nov last 20 and again recharge with 50 gb data voucher of rs 251 on 29 sept 20 which is valid up to existing pack which was 379

But on 27 oct Airtel stop the data service

While i contact customer care then firstly they they reply that your pack has expired and second time said that you have consumed all your data

While i have consumed only 24 gb only and I never received a message from about 50 percent data consumption

So pls restore my Remaining data otherwise i have no choice but port my number
