My name is Ritesh Kumar Thakur and i have an account in SBI branch in Ranchi, Jharkhand- 834001. My account got hacked during this lockdown period where we not supposed to move out of our houses. There were multiple transactions made from my account and the total amount that got debited fom my account was 1,16738 (one lacs sixten thousand, seven hundred and thirty eight)There were no msgs for transaction, no OTP, no PIN nothing.My account number is :- 35566948746
I have lodged an FIR in my local PS and also made written complain in the Branch.All my savings gone. I have not shared any of my details with anyone. If money in Banks is not safe then its worthless to them there. I was told by Bank that our Cyber security is not that strong as only 15 % cases where the culprit gets caught.So poor cyber security and they promote digitalisation. Thats totally a shame. Money was much safer in old school days.
I am attaching my transaction details here with this complain. All my transaction were made between 16 March 2020 till 08 June 2020.
