On 28th July,3 illegal transaction was made through my indusind credit card no 4908 1965 6082 4469 by mobikwik amounting to Rs73685.49p.That night I mailed mobikwik indusind bank and cyber crime to stop the transaction and requested mobikwik to reverse the transaction however nothing is done till now.Mobikwik has never contacted me till now irrespective of mails and twits.I want my money back.Please help.I have already launched an FIR against it and will go to consumer forum as well.
