I am an account holder in SBI with the name Ritesh Kumar Thakur.
Due to lockdown i was not able to update my passbook and when there was relaxation in lockdown i updated my passbook and found a total deduction of 1 lac 16 thousand 7 hundred and 38 rupees. I got shocked as there was no msgs for OTP or PIN or anything.
I have no clue how will i get my money back as i have lodged an FIR and complaint in the Branch.
