When I have subscribed to AIRTEL it was with lifetime free incoming facility then who has authorized AIRTEL to stop my incoming facility and ask me to do recharge on monthly basis? Also for outgoing facility why AIRTEL insist me to active unlimited plan? Why due to competition from other operator AIRTEL is adopting unethical means of revenue generation and authorities have not yet taken any action against them?
