I have taken a loan from Creditt+ App, and before the due date, I have been laid off from my Company and my salary will be credited in FNF after 45 days. So I have dropped an email explaining the situation to the so-called Grievance Officer M/s Kavisha Imandar, she is a Layer By the way. But very uneducated officer. She said please abide by the agreement to pay on time. But they do not abide by an agreement to not access the private data. But they do. Accessing the Contact list and now when I am in constant touch with their so-called grievance officer, still they are using my contact list and asking for money from them. Yesterday i got this WhatsApp Message: *Final Activate Confirmation*

The above-mentioned person had availed a loan using our mobile app named CREDITT+ and his due date was Due date. His account is past due and we are unable to get in touch with him.

So non of the NBFc are allowed to do this. But still, they do it. I have filed a complaint on Cyber crime for breach of the privacy policy and have a complaint in the RBI portal for not following any of their guidelines.
