Mr vikash -8851403511,delhi zone who illegaly swaped my air tel 12yrs old number to idea for geting commission although i m in mumbai. with assuring me to deliver a sim of vodafone . i deny him not to port in but he swaped it to idea i got message on 16th feb when i approach the idea gallary at kurla he again charge me Rs100 and give a hot line sim . as he stated i try 59059 after 4 hour but not able to activate i ve visited the CRS galary at vasi mumbai ,but the people at there were very rude and said delhi zone hase collected the commission more than Rs 1200 for this port in as commission ,so why they can do activate . i wrote to customer care as well as appelate -mum and MD of IDEA cellular but no response i got from them .
the number is ported in to idea -9971396383 but geting message no outgoing facility so that i could not call the activation number-59059 .
i ve already updated this number at more that 50 service portals it is getting difficult to change at evry where . please activate my number . if is ported it why my service was blocked at least make me known .
i ve also charge 76 rupees as suggested some one as First recharge ,amount was taken by idea but not activated .
IDEA cellular is just down grading the partner vodafones business.
