I have applied for a loan through mobile app on 13/12/2021 for ₹50000 and I got the disbursal of ₹3600 on the same day with repayment date as 18/12/2021 for ₹6000.
I was never made aware of such humongous interest and charges before the disbursal.
Later I checked the reviews on the app as well as I was shocked to see that this extortion was made to many other people as well.
The company is showing in the name of Charms Investment Pvt Ltd. But the repayment was taken in the name of Payiza Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Today I got a watsapp text threatening me to repay the loan a day before otherwise they’ll start calling my contacts (which were copied by them when I logged in to the app). This is harassment.
I want to request and urge you for your intervention to safe guard our rights. And to save many other people who are already lined up in this trap.
