Sir, I would like to inform you that I have a Jio fiber connection installed at my home (+91-1232351303) from Reliance Jio, and a few days ago, its cable broke. After that, I filed a complaint, and then a Jio engineer came and demanded unnecessary cash payment of around 3000 to 4000 rupees from me. He said I could pay later, but I have not paid any money yet, and neither has my connection been started nor am I receiving any response. Please help me.
