Sir/Madam,
Kind attention please!
1. It is brought to your kind notice that there are several illegal loan apps in Google play store which are providing loan at 70% rate of interest just for 6 days repayment period. I am also victim of suck app. I have taken loan from cash advance app available in Google play store. I have availed 18 loans so far and repaid all the 18 Loans. However, there are 2 loans which have not been updated in the app. Due there technical errors the repayment has not been updated. I am getting so many abusive and vulgar messages on my WhatsApp no. The collection team’s behaviour is not appropriate. They abuse customer by using very bad words. This app has no support for the customers. They have no working email or contact number on which a customer can project his problem.
2. A sample message received by the collection team of cash advance app is mentioned below which is enough reason to remove this app from the play store.

3. In view of the above matter, I kindly request you to review it at high level. The rating Which is given as 1 Star may be closely reviewed to understand the seriousness of the app to remove from the play store. I strongly recommend that this app must be removed so as to save my life and others also from committing s@uicide due to harassment of collection team of this app. I am sharing screen shot of the app with this email. I strongly recommend that this app should be blocked permanently from Google play store.
