There are around 2400 retired BSF personnel who are having liquor card issued by BSF STC Bangalore.They are mostly from Karnataka,AP,and Tamilnadu.Out of these personnel around 200 card holder do not collect their quota every month.this surplus liquor quota is being sold illegaly by Dr SK Tyagi,IG in open market by making fake bills through his tout official.If this inquired properly whole scandal will surface.
