I Had made a purchase in amazon using the dhani card on 30th june 2021 and according to dhani policy which says your refund will be issued in 3-5 business days and amazon has refunded them on 3rd july 2021 and today its 13th july and still the money is not credited to me and when i call there customer care they reply saying that do whatever you want you can do we wont refund now as its technical.error you will get it once its resolved . So now i am.filing a case against them as they said you can do whatever you want. I want my resolution as soon as possible as you cant keep someone hard earned money just like.that.
