Vi has deducted Rs 40 from my balance without my approval. I simply received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS stating that some value pack has been activated and I’ve been charged Rs 40 for that. Vi has often deducted balance of different amounts without any approval or acknowledgement from my side. This is fraudulence.
