Respected Sir/Madam,
From past 6 months vodafone idea is illegally charging the amount though not downloaded any games. Every month I give complaint they say send SMS to stop service but still i am facing the same issue. If called to customer service they say that it is one time charges and we cannot revert it back. Please take the necessary action
