We gave or submitted the Amazon firestick with upgrade of box. The stick was removed account by engineer and it was readded and charging on my account. Reached out of customer care and they are just mention someone from their escalation team and get the refund however no one is doing it.
Still not cancelling the Amazon firestick from my account
