Dear Sir,
I would like to report an incident regarding an illegal debt collection from an Online Lending App named Digido, whose previous name was Robocash and its license had been revoked due to violations. The field officer named Ronwel Marinas, went to my address and tried to coax the guard on duty to call for me when I don’t even want to entertain due to my old sim card number being lost. I am currently under emotional stress due to debt shaming for the past half of the year, it’s pandemic season also and many people are suffering from financial difficulties.
I took a loan with them in Sept and paid if off in Sept 30th and they say I did not pay; I send a copy of the payment and they will not except, Now the loan grows with interest each day
