Dear Sir,
This is to let you know that my immediate neighbor, the Sanyals, at 27 Debinibas Road, Kolkata 700074, has illegally used up the common passage between our houses while reconstructing their wall boundaries. In fact, they have demolished the boundary wall, progressed their boundary lines by some feet encroaching the common passage, have dug up the common passage which was cemented by us, promising us to repair the same later but have failed to keep their promise. They do not have ownership of the common passage and must recede their boundary line as per the blueprints of the common passage.
This has resulted in a narrow and dirty common passage. Our house which is located at the same address but a plot behind theirs, is now hidden from the main road. Gps tracking is not working correctly and delivery/service personelles are not able to locate our premises. On top of that the Sanyals are throwing garbage in the passage causing street dogs to create havoc there, and are quite vocal about their doings.
I would request you to please take this issue under your radar and fix the inconveniences that we are facing currently. We would be very grateful for the same.
