Today on 19 August 2022, i recharged a jio number. The plan costs 239. Earlier on 17 August 2022 i paid my electricity bill through mobikwik using my own bank account. Cashback of Rs 75 was successfully credited to my mobikwik Wallet. After reading all the terms and conditions i paid the amount through mobikwik Wallet. But out of nowhere an amount of Rs 399/ was charged for the activation of my account. The sad part is there is no mention of such charges in their official terms and conditions complete page. I wonder this is no less than a scam. There many people like me out there who couldn’t raise their voice against such frauds. I hope you’ll be of help and do the needful at the earliest.
