Dear Sir/Madam
It is revealed from advance details in Tata Sky App that ur company has deducted Rs. 150 approx. today i.e 14/01/2021 on account of “other services” illegally without issuing any tax invoice under the provisions of GST ACT of GOVT. Of India ..Hence it is requested that kindly refund the amount to me failing which I shall report the violation to the Consent authority of Govt. of India for violation of provisions of GST Act. In case you have provided me any service then please let me know what kind of Services You have provided to me as consumer.
