My father got a free trail for tata binge in January, unaware of its auto renewal, immediately after first month pay cut from our tata sky account balance I raised a complaint in January 2022 Asking to take down the services, they filed a complaint assured me that there won’t be refund now. But they will take down the services. Again in Feb the amount for tata binge of 150rs got cut from tata sky balance and i raised a complaint again they said sorry first time it was not taken down. We will now take down the tata binge services and also refund you this time as it’s a fault from our end. Again In March the same thing was repeated i was charged 150rs for tata binge with no refund. This repeated in April as well. This is the 5 complaint I am raising for a stupid service you guys offer.. come on Tata Play. You are a very huge company you don’t have to survive on our 150rs every month . And to add to this. The customer service team doesn’t even send you an email confirmation they say they don’t have that service.. Are you really this poor tata play ?? You can’t afford a email service provider even after snatching money from us every month for the absolute nonsense service you provide ? They should not just change their brand name also up their game and become a decent player in this market ..
