I have not opted for international data roaming but still I’ve charged for the same. (PH. NO. 9810512423)
As per telephonic conversation with one of your executives, she said it gets automatically activated once one visit the listed countries, but the fact is, I have been visiting these countries since past many years and I never got charged for the same as I have not activated any data roaming service.
Kindly answer following questions;
1) Why I have been charged this month only? And not previous months as I never turned off my data during previous visits.
2) Who activated this service?
And on who’s approval or directions?
Kindly answer above questions as I need to forward your answers to TRAI. So as no other People get fooled.
