Hi Sir,

I am writing this complaint to notify of vicious fraud being done by online rummy app named rummy prime owned by gameskraft technologies.

The application has blocked my account and froze my available funds saying violation of fair play. And Currently they are claiming that my account would stay suspended for 180 days post which they would determine whether to allow me to take my money back. There have been multiple allegations of the same instance by this particular app and they continue to do this in broad day light. Below are the full details.

2 . Application Name : Rummy Prime
3. Issue : Account blocking and freezing funds on wrong claims of fair play violation. No proofs submitted.
