I was in a 399 plan with Jio with a number 7003504299 which would expire on July 28, but previously for about 3 days I was receiving message of abusing the out going free calls, while I only used outgoing calls for personal uses and never for, commercial purposes, and that is also for a time span of 2-3 hour per day in average, if maximum, now in jio’s policy terms for providing services, there is no limit expressly or impliedly put forward regarding the limitation on outgoing calls. So it is a clear violation of contract and I feel that my right as a consumer is hampered due to the irresponsible, ill logical, ignorant, immature, and most importantly unlawful treatement of the Jio. I am looking forward to a solution of my problem in this regard.
