I ordered a kitchen aid mixer from kitchen ware buzz on facebook. The site I ordered from said Kitchen Aid Factory. I ordered this early October, 2020 and have not received the item. the email address from them, which is the one they tell you to use, is a do not reply address (cs@servicevip.com) The internet, cs@servicecentervip.com.
on further investigation I find reports of scams with the address. I would like to get my money back on debit card in amount of $72.99
