I bought this TV IGO by Onida 50inch from flipkart and with in the validity I raised a request for return with out intimation closed like your return Order rejected
Really worst experience with this product while operating the apps getting hang and pre loaded app google also not working basic apps not working , sound is very poor.
Even I raised a complaint 10days back till now no one turned up to our place apart this in Complaint mentioning like ISSUE RESLOVED (Fake) with out the visiting how you people mention in your SR ( Service Request) .
don’t screw the peoples hope.
And I got a call from Onida company (8309335053- 9136916663) they are asking rating , If you have a open request how you people ask rating without resolving the query
IF you have a such a good manner or respect on customers resolve my query
