I have faced a terrible experience with Apollo pharmacy, Proddatur. branch code is 14246. these ignorant fools are looting customers who are having circle membership by simply not inputting the customer’s mobile number, they don’t bother to ask if we have it or not. when the company flood the customer with calls/marketing to avail circle membership, they speak politely. these guys are saying that the customer themselves have to scream out they have a circle membership because they don’t bother. not sure how a huge company like Apollo has an indecent outlet. Also, I’m not the first one to suffer this.
