My complaint is regarding my Airtel DTH set top box. It isn’t working properly as it takes more than an hour to start working once its switched on and would switch off automatically at times. When I called the customer care service they suggested the replacement of the box but no mechanic shows up and the charges of replacement go up every time I can the service again. When I called for the first time they said it would be replaced in 200rs with 150 service fee. Second time they asked for Rs350 + 150 fee and now they are asking 800Rs +150 for the same set top box. Is this the way You look into peoples grievances. I want to get my HD+ recording set top box changed as soon as possible and I won’t give any extra charge for it. I was asked 200rs+150 and only that. Also I did not receive any message as what is the current state of my request.
