RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I have been using airtel since last 6 months, as per the offer they should offer us 4g internet but insted from september i was only given 50kbps to 100kbps the actual or expected speed is around 1mbps but the did not fulfill our expectations. I have complained airtel 10 times in the time period from 2nd september to 4 november and still they say “app NISCHINT RAHIYE”. I complained them many times in octobe end they said “There is some work in progress and will get completed in the month end” at the end of the month i felt no improved quality of service. This month the said the same thing i am pissed of and i think that they are FOOLING people i wnat to go to the court for this ignorance. My mobile no is 7666792570 -Zaid Khan.
