We had made a request for IGL Connection (BP No. 6000162422) in our new home on 26 Dec but it is not yet installed, we have called their customer care number multiple times but we get the same response every time “ the connection will be fixed within 5 days”. Its been 50 days now but no one has entertained our request. Request you to look into the matter and do the needful
