I purchased the TV on 4th April and the TV is incapable of Cast gives the error ” Untrusted Device – TV couldn’t be verified. This could be caused by outdated Device Firmware.” also Netflix never logs in and gives the error ” Code UI-800-3 “. Customer Service is pathetic they have no information on my issue. One agent says shipment of the board is coming from Delhi while the other says its coming from Chennai. They are of being no hold in last 10+ days and i am mentally frustrated with this company and with its employees. IN042023028186
