Text of Complaint by Praveenkumar:

I bought iFFALCON K61 50inch LED TV on 20 April 2021 from Flipkart. Later after some months, I was facing an issue with the TV that it is getting switched off automatically and was not turned on for some time. I raised a ticket with TCL on 21 Dec 2021 (IN122021105450), they said technician will visit place to check the issue. But no one came to check the issue and TV got turned on and it was working fine for 3 months. Then again I started facing the same issue and this time TV was not turned on for 3 days, again raised the incident on 31 Mar 2022 (IN032022072137). Again no technician came to check the issue, similarly, 3 more tickets were raised on 09 May, 12 May & 14 May (IN052022016841, IN052022023945, In052022025920). This on-and-off issue with the TV was happening frequently during these times.

At last one technician came on 16th May and confirmed that issue in the motherboard and he said that once the motherboard is available for the TV they will come and change it.
But till date there is no update and still we are facing this issue.
