We purchased an IFB top-load washing machine on 31-January-2023. While we are washing clothes, water is leaking from the drain pipe.
Despite numerous visits from your IFB Customer Support technicians, no resolution has been offered as of yet.
We did not anticipate that such a terrible product would be sold to consumers.is the method of customer service
Please replace the product immediately.
