I have purchased an IFB washing machine, 8.0 kg front load at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on 11/05/2023, which is under warranty period. Spinning has not been working for the past one month. Complained to customer care, Bangalore, at the phone no. 8045845678. They were informed to contact the local service center at Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore service center at phone No. 9894009817. The service center has not responded at all responded and I have personally visited and requested. No use. A senior citizen was put in to mental agony
