I purchased an IfB fully automatic machine and company committed for 5yrs services and warranty but till today I got only one serviced and that was also after so many compliments. Last year service is hold bcoz of covid, but service center are making same excuses in September 2021 and says that u will get service only once we got call from customers care.
When I complain to customers care they again making excuses.
Now it’s almost 1month passed I wrote email and again reminder as well , but till now no results
Please suggest what to do.
