Dear IFB Customer Care,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the performance and service regarding my recently purchased frot load washing machine unit from IFB. I bought the machine from your esteemed company just three months ago, and I regret to inform you that the unit has encountered a significant defect that has left it non-functional for almost a month.
