This is Gourav. I bought one 2 ton AC this jan/2019..

Since then my Ac not working.. I have made many complaints.. First Technician doesn’t visit after giving schedule if he visits after couple of days after making so many calls to him… He is not able to solve the issue…. Technician has visited 4-5 times now but issue hasn’t solved yet…. We are very furious over this thing…. We live in north india where temperature is 50 degrees.. Wonder when i am gonna use my Ac is it in winter?!!
