If I don’t use my mobile net then also it shows that 50petcent used and then it doesn’t work since last 1 month pls help otherwise I am thinking to port my card

Help me with giving the support of internet because if I don’t use then also it shows that 50 percent use at morning only by 11 it shows then whole day i can’t use internet.
